Why Creative Change? Well, I personally have gone through so many upheavals, and transformations in my life, I was begining to wonder if 'change' was my default button!
Meeting and overcoming the challenges that these events brought, have inspired me to reach out with compassion and with a passion to empower people through their life changes.

My background is a mix of education,training, Coaching, mentoring in holistic health and well being in addition to running workshops on personal and spiritual development. I continue to update my knowledge and skills to be of better service to my clients and this gives me a wonderful ' tool kit' which includes NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique, Holistic Psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Therapy, and much,much more.

I work creatively with each client acknowledging their uniqueness and in agreement with them I will use extra techniques to help them move beyond their limitations and achieve their outcomes and goals in the shortest time possible.
